PF Pros Shipping & Making Purchases Pond & Fountain Pros sells primarily to contractors and other building professionals. However, we will sell to almost anyone. If you wish to make purchases of products or services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to Pond & Fountain Pros. will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases. PF Pros Transportation Claims Pond & Fountain Pros' responsibility for the condition of merchandise ceases when such merchandise is turned over to a common carrier or when delivered by a Pond & Fountain Pros truck, to purchaser's requested delivery address. Damages or shortages must be reported to the delivering carrier or truck driver immediately upon receipt and so noted in the Bill of Lading before acceptance of the shipment is made. Deviating from this procedure will result in an unenforceable claim against the delivering carrier or Pond & Fountain Pros.
